Jacki C. Turner
Writer & Researcher
Jacki is a solution focused Research Analyst and Writer who brings over 10 years of dynamic, cross-vertical experience to the table. With an educational background in Marketing, she began her career in 2007, working with Optimum Talent Inc.(OTI) Jacki worked in a variety of roles that were primarily focused around Career Management and Outplacement Services; working with clients, at all levels to provide hands-on assistance with resume writing and job search support.
In 2014 Jacki made the strategic move into a new role with OTI which involved managing various projects and writing proposals for the Coaching, Assessment and Organizational Development team. During this time, Jacki built strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and directly contributed to the success of the business.
In 2016 Jacki joined Whitesell & Company, Inc. as Research Analyst & Writer. Jacki has contributed to a number of initiatives, in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. With an extensive network, and a demonstrated ability to leverage distinct social media channels, Jacki is able to drive and summarize research into detail reports that are essential to project completion.
Jacki is known for her acute attention to detail, exceptional time-management skills and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines consistently. She is a natural leader, who has a deep understanding of the importance of creative, forward-thinking, providing high quality work and service. Overall, Jacki has a solid work ethic which is defined by her integrity, professionalism and authenticity.
In her personal time, Jacki spends time with her husband, Matthew, and three kids, Georgia, Cayden and Rory. She is also a yoga, running and cycling enthusiast who has a passion for creative writing. Among other professional development projects, Jacki is currently writing her first novel.

SUSAN J. BROWN
Susan is an exceptional visionary leader and works closely with internal and external clients to understand their goals and needs while creating unique content and identity that is in-line with the overall vision. Adept in building strong strategic partnerships while leveraging design research and analytics to promote brand-awareness through multiple channels of delivery, Susan’s cross-vertical experience has directly contributed to her success. Her specialty is making sharp design choices that influence visual direction.
Susan joined Whitesell & Company after a meaningful career with KWA Partners where she directed the design and production of digital and print marketing materials at a national level. She also supported the VP, National Sales in creating customized marketing pieces, as well as layouts for detailed proposals and reports. Known for implementing effective new processes, Susan oversaw a project to revamp all Office Services Handbooks for use in five national offices. This included directing consultants in content development and incorporating custom illustrations and photographs while maintaining corporate identity and branding.
Since joining Whitesell & Company, Susan spearheaded a complete rebranding which included redesigning templates, business cards and the company website. She works closely with the Whitesell & Company Team to deliver exceptional marketing initiatives, reports and proposals that are aligned with Whitesell & Company’s goals. She is highly creative, organized and efficient and her genuine approach makes her a true asset to the team.
Susan has studied Photography at George Brown College and Website Design at Ryerson University in Toronto. Susan rarely sees a day go by without a visit to her athletic club.
