Brantas Executive Coach®
Brantas Executive Coach® (BEC) was developed by Dave Blair in Toronto, Canada. Dave's inspiration for the BEC was the venerable Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Dave and his team conducted extensive research with thousands of subjects over more than a decade. Like performing a complete renovation on a building, Dave brought the MBTI back to its "bones" and then built a world-class, proprietary instrument that literally has no comparison and is not constrained by a limited, cumbersome system of letter designations to denote personality "type."

Following the completion of the 45-minute online survey, Brantas delivers a traditional, personalized PDF report based on each person's preferred approach in the 20 performance areas. The data from this point-in-time report is used to setup the web-based, 24/7 coaching platform that provides comprehensive, expanded in-depth coaching information across multiple real situations that an individual encounters in daily work and their personal life. An entire work team can be setup on the Brantas Executive Coach® system to determine how team members will predictably respond to these same situations based on their strengths and preferences.
